Crude lower toward $109/bbl after 3-day gains
Baku, April 18 (AZERTAC). U.S. crude futures headed lower on Monday towards $109 a barrel, after three days of gains, despite comments by Saudi Arabia confirming a cut in crude production to counter an oversupplied market.
On the New York Stock Exchange NYMEX cost of the US Light crude oil was down 66 cents at $109,44 a barrel. British Brent crude oil at the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures) was trading at $122,36. A barrel of Azeri Light crude oil sold for $126.96 in the world markets.
