DAYS OF AZERBAIJAN DUE IN HUNGARY
The major purpose is to inform Hungarian public on the Azerbaijan’s old and rich culture, bring the truth on Azerbaijan to the people of Hungary, in particular, reasons and results of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
A symposium entitled “History and Culture: Azerbaijan-Hungary” will take place May 23 in Budapest. Some renowned Hungarian and Azerbaijani scholars will deliver reports at the event on the history of bilateral relations.
The event participants are expected to hear reports and speeches by ambassador of Azerbaijan in Hungary Hasan Hasanov, director of the Azerbaijan Ataturk Center, Milli Majlis deputy, corresponding member of hte Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Nizami Jafarov, director of the History Museum Naila Velikhanly as well as some renowned Hungarian scholars.
