Chairperson of the State Students Admission Commission Maleyka Abbaszadeh informed on the entrance exams to the higher educational institutions at the press conference, held at the “Yeni Azerbaijan” Party HQ on July 11. At her words, exams on the groups IV and I would be held on July 18 in Baku and Nakhchivan, and the entrants could obtain exam sheets since July 14 in the admission commissions where they submitted applications.Exams on III group will be held on July 24, while on II and V groups – on July 27. Maleyka Abbaszadeh also informed that 70,413 applications are submitted to the admission commissions, 95% of them are the application to the Azerbaijani sector. Only 3,510 submitted applications to the Russian sector.She also noted that school leavers with excellent marks mostly apply their documents to the III group. As 4,250 school leavers with excellent marks applied to I group, they will meet serious competition.
