Fuad Naghiyev: Azerbaijan enjoys great potential for development of gastrotourism
Shusha, April 28, AZERTAC
“Azerbaijan enjoys rich and ancient culinary traditions and great potential for the development of gastrotourism. In this regard, the development of gastrotourism is one of the priority areas in the State Tourism Agency’s efforts,” said Fuad Naghiyev, Chairman of the State Tourism Agency, as he addressed Gastronomy Day held in Shusha.
“Gastronomy promotes the development of tourism, our national cuisine, rich material and cultural heritage, and historical traditions around the world. Such events contribute to the formation of a common cuisine among countries, the development of regional cooperation, the exchange of experience between industry representatives, and their representation on international platforms,” Fuad Naghiyev emphasized.
