Gabala hosts chamber music concert

Baku, July 28 (AZERTAC). Next chamber music concert was held on Wednesday as part of the 3rd Gabala International Music Festival organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Music pieces by Frédéric Chopin, Franz Liszt and Johannes Brahms were performed in the concert.

The concert featured performance by pianists Murad Adigozalzade and Elnara Khabarlinskaya, violinist Simon Blendis, violaist Judith Bassbreak, soprano Gulnaz Ismayilova, and violoncellist Timothy Jill.

The Azerbaijan State Symphony Orchestra named after Uzeyir Hajibayli gave a concert in the open area. The Orchestra conducted by Yalchin Adigozalov and Ayyub Guliyev performed music pieces by Alexander Glazunov, Pablo de Sarasate, George Gershwin, Francis Poulenc, Rauf Hajiyev and Rauf Aliyev.

Performances of Murad Huseynov (piano), Saida Tagizade (piano), Togrul Ganioglu (violin) and Anar Seyidov (violin) aroused interest in the concert.
