GOOD FOUNDATION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF UAE - AZERBAIJAN ECONOMIC RELATIONS
Ministry of Foreign Affairs let our correspondent know that the visit’s goal is to negotiate development of economic links between the two countries. The delegation holds meetings in the Ministries of Taxes and Economic Development to discuss draft ‘Convention between Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Government of the United Arab Emirates on Elimination of Double Taxation of Incomes and Property Taxes’ and ‘Agreement between Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Government of the United Arab Emirates on Encouragement and Mutual Investment Protection.’
After the working groups reach full consensus on the mentioned issues, an intergovernmental agreement will be signed.
The visit will be over on August 15.
