The citizens forcedly ousted form there native lands have felt a great satisfaction with the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev ‘On Education Fee Exemption for Internally Displaced People Studying in the State Higher and Special Secondary Educational Establishments.’

Representatives of the IDPs temporarily settled in the “Gizil ay”, “Arab-1”, “Arab-3” camps in Barda town of Azerbaijan told AzerTAj President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev has always sown concern and focused on their problems, and the documents signed by the President including the above mentioned one is a vivid illustration of this.

The IDPs expressed their deep gratitude to the President and wished him long life, good health, and speedy recovery and return to the Motherland.
