Insurance company AXA MBASK honoured with international award
Baku, April 17 (AZERTAC). AXA MBASK Insurance Company has been awarded with the international tribute - The Caspian Energy Integration Award-2011 - by the Caspian Integration Business Club that unites the business circles of more than 30 countries, the company reported.
Based on the results of the poll that the Caspian Integration Business Club had conducted in 32 countries covering top managers and middle managers, AXA MBASK IC was chosen as deserving the nomination of the Insurance Company of the Year from among the 15,000 companies (7,500 respondents) operating in the Caspian/Black Sea and the Baltic regions (the members of the Caspian Integration Business Club and the reading audience of the periodicals of the Caspian Energy International Publishing House).
Accepting the award at the ceremony, Deputy Chairman of the Board of AXA MBASK IC Rashad Abbasov said his thanks for the confidence and the honour bestowed upon the Company.
`Our company continues the dynamic growth under the new brand - AXA MBASK. The company will continue maintaining the high standards of customer services and working on introducing the new outlook on insurance in accordance with its new slogan,` Mr Abbasov commented.
The Caspian Energy Integration Award-2011 is the seventh of the kind. The awards are given to the leaders of the companies, organisations and government bodies that showed the most active involvement in production and social activities within the territories of their respective countries as well as expanding dynamically the geography of their operations in world markets.
It should be mentioned that this is the second award that the Company has been presented with in the two months past: in March 2011 AXA MBASK IC was honoured with the international award UĞUR in economy and business "For the Contribution to the Application of the International Insurance Experience in the Market of Azerbaijan".
MBASK IC changed its principal shareholder in October 2010 as AXA Group (France) acquired the controlling (51%) parcel of shares via its subsidiary AXA Seguros Generales, S.A, De Seguros Y Reaseguros (Spain).
