“Encotec”, a local company has been recently awarded of contract with BP for design, procurement and installation of the Chemical Injection Package for the Northern Route Export Pipeline. The company was first introduced to BP by the Enterprise Centre of AIOC. “Encotec”’s success clearly illustrates how companies engaged in projects develop and come to co-operation with BP. This award is recognized by the management of the company as a significant step in the company’s development and an encouraging success.

According to the new contract, “Encotec” will also provide detailed site survey and inspection, prepare detailed technical specifications and method statements for the material and installation work, prepare a detailed resource and work execution plan, provide documentation, drawings, layout, and a final installation and commissioning report.

The feedback we have received from BP Engineering Department indicates that the work on new contracts is due to start at the site. So far BP has completed the design pack review prepared by Encotec and purchased all materials.
