MFA HEADS OF THE CIS TO GATHER IN MOSCOW SHORTLY
Agenda of the session will include a large range of questions of multilateral interaction of the CIS member-states, as well as issues concerning further improvement of CIS structures and raise their efficiency, the Department of Press of the Foreign Ministry of Russian Federation said.
Also was informed that participants of session would consider draft documents “On implementation of decisions of the Council of heads of the CIS on improvement and reforming bodies of Commonwealth from 2005”, “On establishment of a high level group on question of raise efficiency of the Commonwealth”.
Heads of MFA also will discuss a number of documents on humanitarian sphere, which include the draft “On the Council on humanitarian cooperation of the CIS member-states” and the “Resolution on the Plan of Actions for cooperation of the CIS in the field of culture up to 2010”.
As stated, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic Elmar Mammadyarov is expected to take part at the session.
