MILLI MAJLIS PASSED LAW “ON LOTTERIES ”
After the approval of structure of the commissions, the deputies have started discussion of the questions on the agenda.
Chairman of the permanent commission on economic policy Sattar Safarov, representing the bill “On lotteries” for discussion in the third reading, told that at discussion in Parliament in the first and second readings the bill establishing rules and principles of the organization and carrying out of lotteries in the Azerbaijan Republic, rights of organizers and participants of lotteries, a number of remarks and suggestions were sounded. The working group considered some of them. After discussions the project has been accepted.
Then, discussed and adopted were the bills on joining of Azerbaijan to the “Convention canceling the requirement about legalization of foreign official documents” and the Agreement “On rules for provision of pensions and the state insurance of employees of law-enforcement bodies of states - participants of the Commonwealth of Independent States”, and also the law “On modification and amendments to some acts in connection with application of the “Criminal-Procedural Code of the Azerbaijan Republic” and other bills.
