Park and monument named after great Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi will be constructed in Kishinev, Moldova. According to the State Committee on Working with Azerbaijanis living abroad, this decision was made after discussion by the committee members during their visit to Moldova. Mayor of Kishinev has already signed a Decree on this occasion.

In the framework of the visit, members of the State Committee met with members of Moldova Azerbaijanis Congress, solved some of their problems. The book, “State Concern over Azerbaijani Diaspora” assembled by the Committee, textbooks for Sunday school, as well as descriptions of Azerbaijani state symbols etc. have been handed to the Congress members.
