Presenting comprehensive information on the security market of Azerbaijan, chairman of SCS noted that major indicator in this market is stability. In short time, in the Country, on the base of modern infrastructure and firm legislative base, was formed a civil market of securities. This is also a guarantee for stable development. In contrast to a number of developing countries, in the security market of Azerbaijan, there was set up infrastructure and legal base, and only then started trade. Just this fact provided stable market.
Chairman of the Committee also underlined that in contrast to other countries, the mechanism of regulation and infrastructure of market were set up in Azerbaijan without assistance of foreign organizations. Currently, the market meets the level of economy of the Country, and it enters the number of markets with average profit. On all segments, except the short-term loans, there is annually a double growth.
In the course of talk, Mr. Heydar Babayev attracted attention of the guests to the significant peculiarities of the market, noting that as against other CIS countries, the security market of Azerbaijan does not react to the processes in Russia. The said factor points that economy of the Country develops independently and does not depend on the neighboring states.
Normal development of market gives reason to confidently forecast attraction of the foreign investors in a certain period. They are already keen in the loans of our banks.
