As the First Vice-president of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), you have achieved a good success, contributed a lot to the implementation of such important national projects, as export pipeline Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, export gas pipeline Baku-Tbilisi-Erzerum and putting off-shore fields of Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli into operation. I am sure that the pattern of your management in SOCAR will be used in the government of Azerbaijan.
