Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

I congratulate you most cordially on your appointment to the important position of a Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

This event is taken in Russia as a legal continuation and strengthening of Azerbaijan state’s policy and economy.

I believe that on the position of Prime Minister you will promote the further development of relations between Russia and Azerbaijan they will be filled with new sense meeting the interests of the two countries.

I am sure, that a constructive dialogue that has recently been established between the Ministries of Interior of Russia and Azerbaijan will go on and widen.

There are no doubts that these relations will be resulted in flourishing of the two nations, peace and security in Caucasus and will assist the relations between law enforcement organs to use their potential.

I wish you a good health, success in your important activity in the name of prosperity of friendly Azerbaijani people.
