PARLIAMENT NEWS
Discussed was the plan of activity of the Committee at the spring session of parliament, the Drafts on “On introduction of amendments and supplements to some legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic” and “On electronic signature”.
Speakers noted that in the course of spring session of parliament, the Committee will submit for consideration the Drafts “On education”, “On science and state scientific-technical policy” and “On electronic signature”.
After acceptance by the Milli Majlis in the first reading of the Draft “On education”, was held public discussion of the Law. Taking into account the need of the society in the said Law, the Committee is working seriously on the Draft. IN the spring session, the Law will be adopted.
On the same day, the MM standing committee on regional issues held its regular sitting. Discussed were the Drafts “On introduction of amendments and supplements to some legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic”, “On introduction of amendments and supplements to some legislative acts in connection with application of the Law “On budget system” and “On creation of regional associations of the municipal communities”.
The MM standing committee on agrarian policy is to submit to the parliament consideration the Drafts “On hunting” and “On melioration and irrigation”. The standing committee is working now on the Draft “On the individual farmer economies”.
