Positions of Azerbaijan Army subjected to fire in Kalbajar direction

“On September 2, at about 15:00, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions located in the direction of Yukhari Shorja settlement of Basarkechar district of the state border subjected to fire Azerbaijan Army positions in the direction of Yellija settlement of Kalbajar district and two military vehicles carrying supplies to the above-mentioned positions,” Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.
“As a result, the frontal part and windows of the vehicle were damaged. There are no losses among the servicemen of the Azerbaijan Army.
The opposing side was suppressed as a result of the adequate retaliatory measures taken by the Azerbaijan Army units,” the ministry said.
