PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV BESTOWS HONORARY TITLES TO WORKERS OF CULTURE

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today issued an Executive Order giving the titles of “People’s Artist”, “Honored Artist” and “Honored Worker of Culture” to a group of persons for their outstanding contribution to development of culture in Azerbaijan.
