President Ilham Aliyev signs decree to pardon Alexander Lapshin

Baku, September 11, AZERTAC

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today signed a decree pardoning Lapshin Alexander Valeryevich.

The decree says: "The citizen of the State of Israel, Alexander Lapshin, sentenced to imprisonment by the Baku Court of Grave Crimes on July 20 2017, shall be released from prison."

The decree is effective from the day of its signing.
