I was deeply grieved upon hearing the news on numerous human losses caused by the railway accident occured near the city of Nishpur in Khorasan region.

On the occasion of this tragedy, on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my personal behalf, I share your sorrow and extend deepst condolences to You, people of your country and the victims’ mfamilies. I also extend my best wishes for speedy recovery of the wounded and injured.
