I was deeply saddened upon hearing the news on heavy human loss as a result of motor-vehicle crash near the Yayyanekoski.

To this end, on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my personal behalf, I extend my deep condolence to You, the families of the dead, and the people of Finland, wish quick recovery of the wounded and injured.
