The Ministry of Health issued the related order on sanitary and accomplishment actions to be held between September 1 and 30 to improve sanitary state of cities, regions and settlements, accomplishment of medical establishments and territories surrounding them, prophylaxis among the population of enteric diseases and mass food poisoning by the Ministry of Health.

In this concern a headquarters was created in the Ministry, medical establishments were assigned to get the plan of actions ready so that the sanitary days were held at the high level.

During these sanitary actions month, the issues of accomplishment of medical establishments, water supply to settlements, including the settlements of refugees and IDPs, improvement of sewerage system, purification works, elimination of shortages in the field of food production and sale.

In connection with the month of sanitary actions, Ministry of Health issued an address. It contains a call to all institutions, enterprises, organizations, and public associations, independently on the form of property, and all levels of the population to actively participate in this function.
