Dear Mr. Secretary General,
I was deeply grieved upon hearing the news of the death of Your special envoy to Iraq Sergio Viera de Mello, many casualties caused by the terror act committed against the United Nation’s office in Bagdad.
I strongly condemn terrorism and find it necessary to combat toughly against all of its manifestations.
In connection of this tragic event, I express my deep condolences to You, families and relatives of the killed.
