STUDENTS OF BAKU SLAVONIC UNIVERSITY TO STUDY IN POLAND
The Poland-studies department of the Baku Slavonic University was opened in 1996. And since, the University’s ties with numerous higher educational institutions became regular. Recently, director of the Education and International Students Exchange Bureau (EISEB) of Poland, Dr. Boguslav Shimansky, representative of the Ministry of education of Poland Dr. Eva Suska, department chiefs of the Institute of Linguistics of the Adam Mitskevich University in Poznan, professor Tadeush Zgulka have visited the Baku University. The guests were updated on the activities of BSU, secularities, which acquire the students, noted the necessity of establishment of close ties between the institutes of the two countries.The parties reached an agreement on sending five students if the third course for a yearly education in Poland.
