Sydney hosts Azerbaijani-Turkish Friendship Concert

The Azerbaijani-Turkish Friendship Concert initiated by the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Australia has been held in Sydney.
The concert was co-organized by the Australian-Turkish Campaign Union, the Azerbaijani Cultural Association of Australia, the Australian-Turkish Mutual Alliance, and the Australian-Azerbaijani-Turkish Friendship Unity Association.
The aim of the event was to popularize Azerbaijani culture in the country.
Soloists of the Azerbaijani State Song and Dance Ensemble, honored artists Sevinj Huseynli and Elnur Suleymanov performed national dances, tar player Shahriyar Imanov played folk music. The “Australian Dance Academy” performed Turkish dances.
The participants also watched performances by musicians living in Australia Bahram Shokrollahzadeh and pianist Tannaz Rafiie, as well as amateur dancer Kirsty Frances.
