Baku, September 9 (AZERTAC). Third conference of world`s cartoon museums directors was held in Serbia.

Participants from Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran have paid tribute to the monument erected in Belgrade to the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, the Azerbaijan Cartoonists Union said.

Representatives exchanged views on prospects for cartoon museums over the world and their problems.

Bayram Hajizade, the President of Azerbaijan Cartoonists` Union participated at the conference and gave detail information on the history and development of this genre in our country.

An exhibition of the Azeri cartoonists was also displayed at the event.
