Türkiye’s Minister of Internal Affairs pays official visit to Georgia

Minister of Internal Affairs of Türkiye Mustafa Çiftçi, accompanied by a delegation, is paying an official visit to Georgia at the invitation of Georgian Minister of Internal Affairs Sulkhan Tamazashvili, according to 1tv.ge.
Sulkhan Tamazashvili welcomed his Turkish counterpart at Tbilisi International Airport.
As part of the visit, the Ministers of Internal Affairs will hold a meeting in an expanded format. They will sign a memorandum of understanding between the police academies of the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Republic of Türkiye.
The two Interior Ministers will make joint statements to the media.
