US TO ASSIST IN PRIMARY EDUCATION REFORMS IN AZERBAIJAN
Department of global educational program under the US Department of State informs that since February next year, launches realization of the project on retraining of the teachers of the primary classes of Azerbaijan.
The Project is intended for three years, and the key goal is upbringing in the junior schoolchildren future citizens of the democratic society. The Project is to be conducted in coordination with the ministry of education of Azerbaijan and will include training of the teachers in the United States.
Final budget of the Program should be ascertained in early 2004 by the US Congress.
