Western Azerbaijan Community condemns Austrian Parliament’s joining wave of anti-Azerbaijani sentiment

“The Western Azerbaijan Community condemns the biased resolution adopted by the Austrian Parliament and its joining the wave of anti-Azerbaijani sentiment launched by certain countries, especially France,” the Community said in a statement.
“The fact that the Austrian Parliament, which emphasized the significance of protecting churches in Karabakh, approaches issues from a religious point of view without touching upon the destruction of the cultural heritage of the Azerbaijani people in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan and Armenia, is a shameful, racist and Islamophobic approach.
The Austrian Parliament should mind its own business and stop interfering in Azerbaijan’s internal affairs through heinous demands such as the entry of international organizations into the sovereign territories of Azerbaijan,” the Community added.
