300 MILLION EURO INVETSMENTS TO AZERBAIJAN

The EEPEC/Azpetrol Company, a German-Azerbaijani joint venture, will invest 300 million Euro to implementation of oil and gas projects in Azerbaijan.

These funds will be directed to protection of oil and gas pipelines from corrosion. The production sector of the company disposes over 200 thousand of pipes at the moment. Anticorrosion coating will be applied on pipes of Phase-2 project, foreseeing development of the northern and western sectors of the Azeri fields and on project Shakhdeniz, the Company reports.
