The new generation of digital signature technology, “SIMA Imza”, created by AzInTelecom LLC operating under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, continues to expand its network of partners. The latest institution to digitize its services with “SIMA Imza” is “AZPUL” MMC.

From now on, citizens who need urgent loans can send online requests via “Azpulmat” application and sign the contract with “SIMA Imza”. During the process, the citizen’s identity is verified by camera. Then, a one-time signature is created, and the customer sets a 6-digit password for signing. After that, the citizen can sign the contract by entering the password. After signing the contract, the customer’s balance can be cashed out by transferring it to any debit card through Azpulmat terminals or any Azərpoçt offices.

Citizens can take loans via the “SIMA Imza” application whenever they want, as the system operates 7/24. Verification of the loan agreement with the help of biometric technology in the application prevents fraudsters from taking loans using the names of citizens.
