A conference on innovative digitalization solutions titled “Trust, speed and innovation in business processes” was held at “Landmark” hotel in Baku on February 6. The conference was jointly organized by the “AZEL Systems” company - Azerbaijan's leading systems integrator and the leading Turkish software developer "Bimser" company.

Opening the event General Director of “AZEL Systems” company Igor Yakovenko informed the participants that the company was established in 2013 and since then has become one of the leading systems integrators in the area of digitalization and implementation of innovative solutions in Azerbaijan. He noted that "AZEL Systems" is a partner of various leading software design companies including "Bimser"; "Hexagon"; "Autodesk"; "Tekla Trimble" and others. Among the company's customers are large enterprises such as "AzerSun"; "Masdar"; "Azfen" "PMD Group" and others. Mr. Yakovenko also spoke about the significant milestones achieved by "AZEL Systems" in recent years, noting that projects implemented by the company together with "Hexagon" in the field of Engineering Document Management System in Azerbaijan received the following awards: the Hexagon "Project Award" for the best implementation in the region; EMIA Innovator Award by Hexagon and the 3rd place at the Hexagon Elite Awards for the "Best in Operation" category. In the end of his speech he briefly focused on the benefits of the various "Bimser" solutions such as "Synergy", "QDMS" and others.

The Chief Executive Officer of "Bimser" Murat Atici spoke next. He briefly presented the history of "Bimser" noting that company was established in 1998 and has since then grown to be a leading software developer in the fields such as workflow and document management, process and performance management, quality management etc. Currently company has more than 600 active customers (including "AstraZeneca"; "Coca-Cola"; "DHL" etc.) around the world. Mr. Atici also spoke about the successful projects and existing customers in Azerbaijan in companies such as "SOCAR"; "STP"; "Veysaloğlu"; "AzerSun"; "ASB" and others. He noted that "AZEL Systems" is a reliable partner and integrator for "Bimser" in Azerbaijan and thanked the company for partnership.

Speaking next, the Global Product Manager of "Bimser" Taha Alperen Karaman presented the "Bimser Synergy CSP" solution for tasks such as workflow management, document management, record management etc. He showed the demo-version of the system as well as the integration with "Sima Imza" which allows customers to conduct business processes through the use of "Sima Imza". Later in the conference he also demonstrated the "Bimser bEAM" solution in real time and answered the questions of participants about the program.

During the event, Javanshir Agharzayev, the head of the management of technical assets department of "AzerSun" company, more than 10 year user of Bimser product "Boysweb" (now “bEAM”), spoke about the succesful implementation and use of "Bimser" solutions at his company. He presented the changes made to the system by "AzerSun" and about integrations made with "Boysweb" and other systems. He reiterated that his company is very satisfied by "Bimser" software.

All the presentations were well received by the participants who expressed hope that similar events could be again held in the future. After the end of the conference a dinner was held.
