AFFA CHIEF MEETS FIFA PRESIDENT IN MOSCOW
Baku, January 17 (AZERTAC). President of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) Rovnag Abdullayev met Saturday with FIFA President Joseph Blatter in Moscow.
Abdullayev spoke of projects being implemented in Azerbaijani football. The AFFA president said a new stadium for beach football meeting the modern standards, as well as stadiums with artificial covering and Football Academy were constructed in Azerbaijan last year.
Joseph Blatter, in turn, said FIFA would help AFFA to develop football in Azerbaijan.
