AMBASSADOR OF AZERBAIJAN MEETS WITH AZERBAIJAN DIASPORA IN GERMANY
At the action organized by the Congress of Azerbaijanis of Europe at the office of Association of the Turkish and German businessmen, also were participating representatives of societies and structures uniting in the Azerbaijan and Turkish diasporas, intelligentsia working in Germany and Azerbaijan students receiving here education.
The president of the Congress of Azerbaijanis of Europe Bahaddin Gaya, chairman of Federation of the Azerbaijan Societies of Germany Nusret Dilbeste, director of the Institute of culture after Nizami Ganjavi, the editor of magazine “Yeni Korpu” Nurida Ateshi in the statements have especially noted that societies and structures are united under aegis of the Congress of Azerbaijanis of Europe within the framework of the organizations supporting Azerbaijan, its statehood, people, culture, work to bring up to the German public of the truth about Azerbaijan, the just cause of the nation.
The ambassador has conveyed kind wishes of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, has especially emphasized, that the Diaspora plays an invaluable role in propagation of the Azerbaijan state, people, culture, and also in bringing up to the international public of the just cause of Azerbaijan, spoke cooperation with Turkish brothers as display of national unity and solidarity, has called them for consolidation in the name of Azerbaijan.
Having wished successes to the Azerbaijan Diaspora, the further activity of structures, the ambassador has noted, that will do the utmost for the further expansion and improvement of business ties between Diaspora and diplomatic mission headed by him.
Then, the ambassador has carried out warm conversation with participants of the meeting.
In the center of attention there were the questions connected to political processes occurring in Azerbaijan, the reforms conducted in the field of construction of a legal state, settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The ambassador has answered numerous questions of representatives of Diaspora, has in detail told about the parliamentary elections conducted by Azerbaijan. It has been marked, that elections have passed in free, transparent, fair conditions according to the international standards.
