Armenia must recognize territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, Armenian film director
Baku, August 12 (AZERTAC). Armenia`s renowned public person, filmmaker Georgi Vanian gave an interview to Gruziya Online portal on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, official Yerevan`s aggressive policy and its relationship with neighboring countries.
Asked about the ways of solution of the dispute, Vanian said the new process for resolution of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh must be based on Armenia`s unconditional recognition of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and leaving occupied territories.
“Armenia and Azerbaijan may guarantee security of refugees and IDPs who want to return to their homes in the area of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Region,” he said.
Vanian underlined the Armenian government`s present policy does not allow achieve peace with Azerbaijan. He found the need to radically change the policy.
