Atletico de Madrid to wear logo of Baku 2015 First European Games
Baku, February 7, AZERTAC
Atletico de Madrid will wear the logo of Baku 2015, the first European games, in the derby against Real Madrid and at the Champions League matches.
In the field of strategic sponsorship with Azerbaijan, Atletico de Madrid has always wanted to share the most significant historical moments for this country, as well as the main events and milestones it has faced, fulfilling the commitment to drive its growth process.
In this sense, the t-shirt has been a unique tool to promote the virtues of the country as well as to project actions and messages at an international level, as was the case in November of 2013, when, coinciding with the official launch of the logo of the first Baku 2015 European Games, the Club wore the design of this event on its shirt, bearing the name of Baku to all the corners of the world.
The team will wear the logo of Baku 2015 in Madrid’s derby, one of the most important and anticipated football stages of the year and during a series of additional matches of the Spanish League, and on this occasion, it will do so too in European competition, taking advantage of the great media exposure of the most prestigious competition of clubs in the world as is the Champions League.
