Azerbaijan and IMF prepare adequate response to new global economic threats
Baku, October 24 (AZERTAC). Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Elman Rustamov received Head of IMF mission for Azerbaijan Nadeem Ilahi on Monday.
The sides have discussed macro-economic situation in Azerbaijan, money and course policy for 2012, measures for strengthening macroeconomic stability. Also adequate response to recent global economic processes’ possible influence to Azerbaijan was discussed at the meeting.
Nadeem Ilahi positively appreciated economic growth, macroeconomic and financial stability marking the CBA’s role in their provision.
