Azerbaijan, Austria discuss customs cooperation
Baku, October 15 (AZERTAC). Chairman of Azerbaijan`s State Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev has met State Secretary of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance Andreas Schieder.
They spoke of the two countries`s achievements in the customs field.
Aliyev stressed the necessity of expanding customs cooperation between Azerbaijan and Austria.
The Azeri Chairman underlined the importance of mutual activity and experience exchange for deepening relationship.
The Austrian State Secretary thanked for the hospitality.
Schieder expressed pleasure with his visit to Azerbaijan.
The State Secretary said he had eye-witnessed big economic development in Azerbaijan.
Mr. Schieder underlined Austria attaches great importance to cooperation with Azerbaijan.
He also praised bilateral cooperation between the two countries` customs bodies.
After the meeting, the State Secretary of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance familiarized himself with a regional office of the World Customs Organization.
