Azerbaijan, Netherlands: relations on legal sphere expanding

Baku, September 8 (AZERTAC). Minister of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic, chairman of the Legal-Judicial Council Fikret Mammadov met with ambassador of the Netherlands to the country Arjen Uizhterlinde.

Noting the high level of relations between the two countries, the Minister said the Memo signed between the justice ministries of two countries has created a firm legal ground to develop relations in the legal sphere.

Earlier inister of justice of the Netherlands has visited Azerbaijan, after which the judicial bodies of both countries are cooperating closely, Mammadov said, updating on the ongoing legal reforms in the country.

Noting the interest in expansion of bilateral ties with Azerbaijan, the Dutch ambassador informed that cooperation in legal field develops dynamically, and mutual visits promote its development even more. The Ambassador highly assessed the legal reforms in the country making certain suggestions for further cooperation.
