AZERBAIJAN RECEIVING ASSISTANCE FROM TWINNING PROGRAM
Baku, January 25 (AZERTAC). Twinning program, European Pre-Accession Assistance for Institution Building - has started providing assistance to Azerbaijan after the country signed the European Neighborhood Policy Action Plan.
The projects on food and energy security and standards are being implemented in the country while those concerning labor, finance and environment are being prepared.
The total budget of seven projects slated for this year is €7.25 million. Twelve more twinning projects are to be implemented next year.
