Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Uzbek universities expand scientific cooperation

Scientific and academic cooperation between Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) and Uzbek higher education institutions is expanding.
On September 26, ASOIU and Urgench State University of Uzbekistan will jointly hold the 3rd International Scientific Conference on Green Chemistry Technologies, focusing on green innovation, sustainable technologies, oil and gas, biotechnology, and AI-based solutions.
On October 22–23, ASOIU and Tashkent State Technical University will jointly hold the 14th International Conference “Intelligent Systems for Industrial Automation” (WCIS-2026) in Tashkent. The conference will bring together leading scientists, researchers, and industry experts to discuss advances in intelligent automation, soft computing, and cyber-physical systems in the context of Industry 4.0.
Earlier, in April, ASOIU co-organized the 8th International Scientific Conference CONMECHYDRO 2026 in Samarkand, in collaboration with Uzbek and Russian universities.
These joint initiatives between ASOIU and Uzbek higher education institutions are contributing to stronger research cooperation, promoting knowledge exchange, and creating opportunities for new collaborative projects.
