AZERBAIJAN, TURKEY: COOPERATION IN LEGAL SPHERE SUCCESSFULLY DEVELOPS
Having noted, that the meeting takes place before historical event for both countries - official inauguration of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Main Export Pipeline, the Minister has emphasized intensive development of widespread cooperation of Azerbaijan with friendly and brotherly Turkey, including the ties in legal sphere.
It has been noted, that the solid legal base created last years as a result of signing of the important documents during mutual visits of the Ministers of Justice, has created an opportunity for fruitful cooperation of judicial bodies of both countries. F. Mammadov ascertained successful carrying out in Azerbaijan judicial-legal reform, the work that is carried out in connection with modernization of judicial system, election of candidates in the judge on the basis of the most democratic and transparent procedures.
Shansal Erken, noting that he is eyewitness of wide realization of the progressive reforms in Azerbaijan, versatile dynamic development of the country and achieving high results, stressed importance of exchange of experience in legal sphere for both sides.
Also was discussed the issues concerning further expansion of mutual ties.
After the meeting, the guest familiarized himself with the justice museum in the Ministry.
