Azerbaijan Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies signed cooperation agreement with Turksat (Turkey) on satellite services. According to the agreement, AzerSpace satellite project will be empowered to use national space satellite of Turksat. The project will help to enlarge cooperation in communication area and support countries to each other in space.

The national satellite will cover the territories of Europe and Asia and help the country establish high quality and reliable connection, TV broadcasting and raise the number of channels.
