Azerbaijani Central Election Commission’s Chairman visiting Uzbekistan

Tashkent, March 29, AZERTAC

The Chairman of Azerbaijani Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov is visiting Uzbekistan to observe the upcoming presidential elections in this country. On the sideline of his visit, Panahov held a number of meetings here.

In the meeting with the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Sarvar Otamurodov, the sides noted expansion of relations between the two countries in all fields, including deepening of inter-parliamentary ties, close cooperation between the Central Election Commissions of both countries, exchange of experience and data and other questions.

CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov has also met with the head of Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis Fayzulla Abdurakhmanov.
