AZERBAIJANI DELEGATION MEETS IN GEORGIA WITH COMPATRIOTS
In the statement, the Charge d'affaires of Azerbaijan in Georgia Surkhay Aliyev has emphasized, that President Ilham Aliyev constantly is interested in the questions disturbing the compatriots, has regarded the today's meeting as evident display of attention and care of the Azerbaijan state for the destiny of compatriots living abroad, including the Azerbaijanis living in this country.
Mr. Ziyafet Askerov has declared, that he is glad to convey to Borchaly residents kind wishes of the head of Azerbaijani state Ilham Aliyev. He has told about successful continuation by President Ilham Aliyev of the political line of the nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev which constantly was interested in cares of Azerbaijanis living abroad, held under attention all their problems, has noted, that the government of Azerbaijan pays attention to position of the compatriots living abroad, and in this connection the special program has been prepared.
Z. Askerov informed, that in the majority of meetings with officials of Georgia during the visit which has begun on February 6 to this country, discussed were problems with which the compatriots face, and joint search of ways of their decision, has noted the further deepening of the Georgia-Azerbaijan relations.
First vice-chairman of Milli Majlis has handed over the deputy minister of work, public health and social protection of Georgia Levan Jugeli keys from two ambulances being a gift of Azerbaijan to regional center Marneuli and Bolnisi.
At the meeting, the residents of Borchaly have expressed to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev gratitude for shown care, have told about problems disturbing them.
