Azerbaijani President arrives in Balakan District VİDEO
Balakan, August 17 (AZERTAC). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today arrived in Balakan District.
The Head of State started his visit by placing flowers at a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the Heydar Aliyev Park.
Head of Balakan District Executive Authorities Islam Rzayev informed President Ilham Aliyev about the construction work and landscaping in the park.
