CICA delegation visits ASAN Khidmet Center

Researchers and young policy experts representing the member states of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) familiarized themselves with the activities of the ASAN Khidmet center.
The guests were briefed on the activities of the “ASAN Khidmet” centers, established at the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, as well as on the innovative projects implemented in the field of public service delivery and social innovation.
They were also informed that the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations received the prestigious UN Public Service Award in 2015, the UN Special Award in 2019 for digital governance, and the title of “World’s Most Advanced Public Service” under the Global Government Excellence Award Program in 2023.
As part of the visit, the delegation also explored the activities of the “INNOLAND” Incubation and Acceleration Center, the “ABAD” public legal entity, and the Mobile ASAN Service.
