Azerbaijan`s embassy to Mexico commemorates Khojaly Genocide`s victims
Baku, February 18 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Embassy to Mexico, Mexico-Azerbaijani interparliamentary friendship group held an event in this country`s congress to mark the 19th anniversary of Khojaly Genocide.
Ambassador Ilgar Muxtarov updated the participants on Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan, consequences of Khojaly massacre and destruction of the mosques, religious and historical monuments.
Chairperson of Mexico-Azerbaijani interparliamentary friendship group Markos Peres said he will do all the best to bring the realities of Khojaly genocide to Mexican community.
The event brought together representatives of the diplomatic corps, media outlets.
