Azerbaijan’s FM: Work on delimitation and demarcation process continues

“The delimitation and demarcation of the Azerbaijan-Armenia border is a large-scale process involving numerous technical issues. It is not a process that can be completed in a short period. Work in this direction is ongoing,” Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists.
Recalling the visit of the Azerbaijani delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev to Armenia on April 29, the Minister stated: “The next meeting of the commissions was held there, and three regulatory documents were agreed upon. These documents define the procedures for subsequent steps. Prior to this, in November, the Armenian delegation visited the city of Gabala, Azerbaijan, where negotiations were held. The process is ongoing. I am confident that we will witness its continuation in the coming months.”
