Azerbaijan and Ukraine are forming basis for a long-term strategic partnership, says expert

Relations between Azerbaijan and Ukraine demonstrate a high level of political trust and have significant potential for long-term development, Ukrainian political scientist Vladislav Olenchenko said in the latest episode of the "Azerbaijan and the World" program broadcast on the AZERTAC website.
According to him, Azerbaijan's support for Ukraine during this difficult period has received a broad response in Ukrainian society and strengthened mutual understanding between the countries. Kyiv views cooperation with Baku not only as an important bilateral avenue but also as part of a broader regional architecture of security and resilience, the expert believes.
Olenchenko emphasized that prospects for cooperation encompass the energy sector, security issues, technology exchange, and the development of joint projects. He believes that the current level of contacts between the leaders of the two countries creates a solid foundation for expanding cooperation for many years to come.
